This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired.
Backtagging: GO FOR IT unless the post is like...a year old or something?
Threadhopping: For most threads, I don't mind. For silly threads I actively encourage this. For plot-important or private threads, however, please don't unless I and the other mun give the okay.
Fourthwalling: I'm okay with it as long as no one tells Will he's fictional.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): You know what, I'm just going to trust you to use good taste. If something makes me uncomfortable, I'll let you know about it.

Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired. With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:
Hugging this character: Go for it. He'll probably return the favor.
Kissing this character: Go for it. He'll probably return the favor.
Flirting with this character: Go for it. He'll probably return the favor.
Fighting with this character: GO FOR IT . He's kind of annoying anyway.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Beating the everloving shit out of the guy and bruising him up? I'm all for it. Anything permanent such as losing a body part, however, needs to be discussed with me.
Killing this character: Please don't unless I give the okay.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Sure thing! Just remember that since he's psychic himself, he can probably tell when someone else is snooping in his mental medicine cabinet.
Warnings: Will is psychic, and can thus read people's minds as well as relay them psychic messages. If you don't like this or have an IC reason that he shouldn't be able to, let me know so that I'll remember not to have him do it. I will always ask permission before he breaks out the telepathy in a thread, but this is just a precaution.
