I'll say it now: He's about 5'8'', and a bit on the skinny side (though he does havedat ass girl hips--no, seriously, his hips do canonically have a sort of feminine curve to them). He also tends to either make his own clothes or alter things he buys/receives to fit his body a bit more, so unless France has the exact same build he does it's going to be a poor fit.
I don't know if Lien still has his game outfit, but you might want to check with Mai and figure out. THIS IS ESPECIALLY RELEVANT because that mask. The rest of his wardrobe gets even weirder, oh god.
